A Celebrated Homecoming for TeamUK

Team UK's WorldSkills competitors received a delightful welcome home with a celebration event in West Minster London.

All 40 competitors were honoured on Tuesday, 8th September, at Dean's Yard, near Westminster. Among the guests were Skills Minister Nick Boles and Prime Minister David Cameron’s apprenticeship adviser Richard Harrington, MP for Watford.

Team UK able scored46 points in total coming seventh in the overall medals table - three places up from Leipzog two years ago. This is the best ever UK performance in UK WorldSkills international history.
